Hello Bear Valley Neighbors:
BVRI will be electing 5 of its 15 directors to it Board this coming March. In order to place our names on the ballot we need 25 signatures/emails by JANUARY 10, 2010* from members in good standing (dues paying members.) By sending an e-mail, you are not obligating yourself to vote for us, just placing our names on the ballot and will provide the members of BVRI a choice in voting.
In the past several years we have spent innumerable hours reading all the documentation regarding the EIR reports, the CPUC rate increases on our water bills from Lake Alpine Water Company and have researched the Bear Valley Water District’s minutes and documents to determine why we needed to build a tertiary treatment plant in our sewer district.
We have attended meetings and written letters representing our interests as a homeowner. We have been working with Barbara Goodrich on many of these issues who also would like to represent you on the BVRI board and ask you to include her name on the e-mail as well.
We hope to share this knowledge, experience and energy as a BVRI directors with your support and continue to actively represent the interests of the homeowners as BV begins its next phase of growth.
