The Bear Valley Water District Board of Directors has a vacancy on the Board due to the sudden resignation of Philip Davis, a long time Director. The position will be filled by appointment by the Board of Directors, in accordance with the CA Water Code and the Uniform Election Code, as soon as practicable. The appointment will be for the remainder of Mr. Davis’ term (through 2011) and will subject to an election for a new term from December 2011 through December 2015.
