This post was suggested by Jerry Nelson regarding the recent letter from Lake Alpine Water Company regarding the withdrawal of their rate request to the CPUC.

LAWC Letter:
Good day all-
As directed by the California Public Utilities Commission, LAWC is withdrawing advice letter 90 which was filed on May 13, 2010.
This advice letter was for a rate design that equalized service charges to all customers regardless of the size of the connection.
The CPUC has advised LAWC that this proposal is not acceptable and therefore LAWC is withdrawing AL 90.
